By the end of the summer I would like to achieve the following goals:
Here’s how I’m going to do it:
Everyday on top of my normal push-ups and burpee routine, I’m going to do a wall-assisted handstand for 20 seconds (and maybe push-ups). Focus will be on keeping my arms locked, hands just wider than shoulders and toes pointed. When I feel comfortable, I will move further from the wall.
After my daily pull-ups I’m going to false grip on the bar or rings for 20 seconds. On the rings, I will try and pull myself up at least to parallel the bars. Focus is on keeping the rings tight. Progression is to focus on straight arm locked ring dips and plank holding for 20s.
This one is a bit more challenging. I will try to practice gripping the ball daily. Keeping a ball in the basement to practice. Try at least 5 phantom throws in front of the mirror each workout (at the end).
