One of the most important aspects of a happy motivated life is food. If we don't fuel our bodies correctly, it can affect  our well being.   
There is plenty of good research mixed with pseudoscience when it comes to   following the correct diet. I encourage you to seek out a professional dietician to find the appropriate for you!
