Tried the super starch this morning and so far so good. I was surprised to struggle on some lifts, but my endurance definitely felt great. Right now I’m usually on the down slope with regards to energy, but actually feel quite level. The secret will be how I feel in about an hour or 2. The plan is to keep using the stuff for at least a month or until the supply runs out and reevaluate my feelings, weight and appearance in the mirror. The intermittent fasting has been a godsend and can be used to cut weight effectively. I’m now in the process of adding some muscle, but I want to do it in recomp style where I’m not gaining fat as well. Anyway, only time will tell.

I’m close to getting Minecraft settled in here and would like to get the computers setup. Hopefully I can have a game going by the end of the week. The challenge is going to be to get the latest OS installed on the machines. Unfortunately with the new version of Minecraft it won’t fly. I suppose the squeaky wheel gets the grease and the only way to get it done is to continually harass. Too bad.

Things I would like to accomplish today:

  1. Book the computers and follow-up with Steph about a cpu cart.
  2. Take a quick look at my website and keep updating
  3. Get the Freshgrade accounts working
