I think I slept better last night. Time certainly ticked faster off the clock. I’m hoping that sleeping in this weekend will help a little. Surprisingly the workout this morning was great. I was a little worried that run would be painful when in fact it was a little easier than expected.
Looks like my trip to Sudbury might be off the table. Oh well, hopefully something else will come up. So glad that I didn’t update my Linked In thing yet.
One thing I learned: Alcohol stops fat burning. The liver prioritizes the processing of alcohol versus burning fat or digesting. This is why it’s important to minimize the amount of alcohol over a long period of time.
One piece of motivation: The long weekend is here. Take some time to reflect on life and living in the moment.
Three ideas: I’m hoping, although unlikely, that there will be time to write this weekend. Or at least update my blog. It’s important to keep these things moving forward.
