Better sleep last night. I’ve been feeling extremely fatigued in the evenings which is generally unusual. I’m tired, but not to the absolute exhaustion point. I’m thinking that sleep is playing an important role in that. Strange though, I’ve gone to bed early the last five nights but still seem tired. Something to keep an eye on.
It’s just weird that I can feel so good in the morning, but so awful in the evenings. Could be the sugar thing too. I’ll cut it out today and see what happens.
One thing I learned: I need to pay more attention to mobility. According to this gymnast dude, mobility and flexibility are key to strength. I’m really not sure where I stand on the fitness spectrum so it’s difficult for me to assess how much work I should be spending on it. I do need to look into loosening the calfs and and ankles.
One piece of motivation: There is about a month of school left. It’s going to jet by quickly. Try and enjoy the days with sunshine. They can help motivate you!
Three ideas: I should investigate calorie restriction and fatigue. I’m wondering how much my diet is playing in the evening fatigue. When I’m tired, I should try and consume more water, go for a walk and then see if I can grind out some work. It’s difficult to start something new when I’m in a fatigued state. Perhaps I can force myself to write instead of doing a screen cast or something.
