Well I got home-wasted last night and felt awful all evening. I need to tone it down here. It seems to be getting out of hand. The goal for today is to try and make it until they go to sleep before cracking a beer. If I do, I’ll be staying away from the harder stuff until tomorrow. A day or two off is good.
I’m also on the fence about working out this morning. I feel alright, just keeping the motivation up. I’m going to think of some simple exercises to do down there. Stretching might be nice.
One thing I learned: Pulitzer Prizefighting is this idea that we all want to be in competition. That we need to have the most followers, the most likes, do well in this award because that’s what means good. In reality, we need to create new material and potentially lose.
One piece of motivation: This may work, or it may not is way better than saying it’s perfect. It will never be perfect.
Three ideas: A birthday party company. One stop shop - house all the clowns, scientists and others in one space. People could bid for the business.
