Well so much for my determined effort to work on my book yesterday. I figured out how to get my game to work and I focused much of  my effort on it yesterday. Probably not good in the long run, oh well. I find playing it relaxing for some reason. The book will take priority next week. The problem I have with my mental state is that I have that ‘I just need to finish this game’ attitude. Perhaps I can work on it a little more today. I have both kids with me though, so  good luck with that.

It appears to be cold and sunny today. A trip to the park might be in good order!

One thing I learned yesterday: Karl Marx and Adam Smith looked at the same pin machine but saw two different opportunities. Karl thought it was going to kill the worker, while Adam Smith told everyone to go buy one. The same system exists today.

One piece of motivation: Where to put the scared. Running a marathon isn’t about who is the fastest, it’s about who can put the pain and fatigue aside so they can finish the race. 

Three ideas: Put the book out on social media slowly. Have people read it. Need to figure out a way to make the connection between book and speaker. Perhaps a new

22 min run
3 x 500 row
3 x 10 kettle bell deadlift
3 x 10 kettle bell clean (one arm)
30 double unders
Heavy bag push
