I spent way too much time on my gaming computer yesterday. I definitely got that hollow feeling of resistance like Pressfield would call it. I know that I need to work on the book, just need to push through. Hopefully I can do that today! My goal is to work out a little bit each day. Here’s to hoping my game fails.
Im not feeling the workout buzz as much as I’d like too. I know that I’m going to workout, but I guess because I’ve been home all day I just don’t feel like it in the morning. This is grind time too. I should be pushing hard because I need to get in shape for the summer.
I’ve drank the last two evenings as well. Need to stop that - not sure why - maybe a glass of wine will do me better. I’ll get some more today.
One thing I learned yesterday: Very hard to get noticed in today’s world. Seth’s idea is that you need to spread by creating a tribe. Getting people to read your book and pass it on to a friend. This is really the only - and best - way to get noticed. The cool thing about me is that I do have an opportunity to pass it on through the educational community.
One piece of motivation: Motivation comes from within, but needs to be driven from the outside. It comes from getting yourself into an emotional state to be ready to change. If you’re upset about your life, it needs to be changed starting within.
Three ideas: Kids party ideas for entrepreneurship - Birthday parties for tinkering. It might be possible to hire someone to do this.

22 min sprints and run mix
3 x 500 row
3 x 10 back squat (will try light, have a sore back)
3 x 15 medicine ball jumps
3 x Burpee box jump
3 x DB complex
