March is here! It’s 16C out today. Wow, what a difference from the last few years. It was so warm this morning that I struggled with my workout. The humidity combined with the temperature really does me in. I slogged through it though and am no worse for wear. Especially since I’m going to be sitting in a gym for a couple hours this morning.

I tried to lower the dose of melatonin last night with mixed results. I definitely don’t feel as groggy, but my sleep quality was much lower. I woke up when Melissa came to bed and had to use the washroom at around 12:30. I’ll need to keep watch over the next week or so. Tonight will be a mess because we’re going to the basketball game but from Thursday to Thursday should be a good test.

I didn’t get much in the way of work done yesterday because I was reading about The Hungry Brain on Reddit. Took up lots of my time. However, it wasn’t a futile effort because I was able to gain some pretty interesting insight into eating. Today will be difficult to process the video because it’s a long chapel.

Workout:
22 min run
3 x 500 row
30s hard on bike
3 x 10 clean and press (tried to focus on legs)
3 x 10 DB thrusters (good result)
3 x 10 bag lifts
