Woke up slightly later this morning because I forgot that I moved my alarm ahead yesterday morning. Was able to get up before 5:30 and get working out about 5 minutes later. Took it easy on the treadmill, but had no back issues. Push-ups were great, but burpees were a no go.
Back feels great now. It only seems to be when I try and bend or lift - which makes perfect sense.
Forgot to weigh in, most likely because I was running a little late.
I swear, going to bed early is making all the difference for me. I don’t know why I haven’t tried it before!

30 pull-ups
3 x 3 min rope swing
3 x 10 Romanian bag curl
3 x 6 way BB complex
Felt great!
