The last day of February! Feels like mid-march though with no snow in site and warm sunshine on my face. That sleep study yesterday was something else. Goodness trying to sleep during the day was tough. Honestly though having to stay for that extra sleep would have been killer. I definitely don’t have narcolepsy but there is something wrong. I’m guessing it’s something to do with my inability to get to quality REM sleep. I’m going to order those glasses and work on getting more quality sleep. Alcohol is a huge one so unfortunately for the short term it’s going to suffer.
Fitness wise, I want to begin the process of cutting. I’ll get on the scale tomorrow and get a benchmark. Ideally I’m looking to lose 3-5 pounds and become a little more cardio-able. I feel generally more comfortable that way. Once May hits and I sense that the weather is getting warmer, I’ll move into a more beach body phase with some help. For now, just cut calories, maintain the current regime and see how it goes. As always, it comes down to alcohol consumption. The less I can manage, the better.
I need to get the video online and begin the process of finalizing that book. This stuff all takes time, so hopefully I can arrange some time in my day to get it done. Literally just get it done.
