INJURY! Destroyed my back yesterday after doing a relatively light deadlift. Either my form is terrible or I’m over using my back. Either way I’m experiencing lots of discomfort. It was a pinched nerve I think because when I twisted to grab the dumbbells after the deadlift, I felt a sharp pain and knew right away that I was in trouble.
Went to bed at 8:30 (same time as Charlotte) hoping that the rest would help. It did somewhat. I still feel pain, but had to sleep through my 5:20 wake up because I think all I can do is run. I’m hoping a day’s rest will help.
Important to note that I did this drug free. I took one tylenol but had no noticeable benefits. I’m thinking some Advil will help.
