What a crappy morning - literally. I had such a great sleep last night and I was certain that the worst of this sickness was over. Instead I woke up to more stomach problems and a terrible workout. Strength and stamina were non-existent. Now that I’m at school I feel even worse. This is crazy, I hope it’s s something temporary and not too serious. I’m going to head out at recess and find some medicine to make this go away!
I’m hoping to add some blog posts and record the chapel talk today while I have a break. The only serious school related activity I need to do is to figure out what’s going to happen tomorrow for a double period with grade 3s.

22 min run (relatively slow)
1 x 500 m row
2 x 30s hard on bike
2 x bench press
2 x clean and press
2 x 20+ KB Swing
