Tried the nasal mask last night. It didn’t bother me too much (that I noticed), however, it seemed that I did sleep a lot lighter than I normally do. Not sure if it has anything to do with the mask or not. Henry woke me up a few times and Melissa’s constant pulling of the covers woke me a few more times. According to the app, I had a decent sleep with about 7 our of 8 labelled as quality.
Workout was great too. My breathing hasn’t been an issue on the treadmill, more of a fatigue problem. This seems to be the result of being sick and a little apprehensive about pushing beyond the limits. I’m hoping that as I heal, I’ll be able to keep nudging my intensity up. Definitely feeling better though.
Yesterday was interesting because I was clearly exhausted. It came out in my teaching as my normally patient approach gave way to some anger. Not normally the case. Funny though, cause I slept well even though it was short. I also noticed that with the tiredness came a lack of self discipline. I definitely felt the hunger cravings and gave way by eating some chocolate chips. I’m not really sure how to approach this problem because I’m going to be hungry in the evenings most nights. I wonder if there’s another way to fix it.
