A much better morning today. Definitely had more energy which is strange because I had such a terrible sleep. I fear that I’m getting sick again. Not good. If it happens, I’m definitely putting the blame squarely on the CPAP. What else could it be?
Yesterday I broke my fast early because I was feeling so crappy. Turns out that by the afternoon, I was feeling great and didn’t really get the crash all evening (although I was generally tired). I’m going to experiment with upping my calories, or at least starting to eat earlier on mornings that I’m up at 5. I just want to get a general idea of what is happening with my energy levels. It’s important to get good calories in this endeavour too.
I’m thinking that this super starch isn’t really helping. I need to take a weigh in at some point this week to see if it’s adding anything to the scale. I certainly don’t have any consistency with energy. I’m guessing that it’s likely because I’m a) not working out long enough and b) not in a fat burning mode.
