Boy, I had no strength this morning. I didn’t feel too bad during the run, but once I needed to lift something heavy, it was nearly impossible. Funny how some days end up being like that for no particular reason at all. I suppose it might have to do with working out fairly hard yesterday and having hockey the night before. 

I am very excited to get this term over with and have some time to take a break next term with basketball.  Just one or two days a week that are free after school is all I need to keep the momentum going. That being said, it will likely be a very quiet term because I have the 3s (which are easy) and not much in the way of chapel talks/presentations.

Today I have a nice afternoon to get things done. The secret will be to balance what I need to get done vs what I want to get done. Halloween costume is a big priority, but so is getting the eulogy and now apparently the slide show ready.

Workout:
22 min run
3 x 500 row
30s hard on bike
3 x 5 clean and press
3 x 20 ball push-ups
2 x 10 roll outs
3 x 8 bench press
