I’m baaack! It’s been a while. Like, a really long time. It’s difficult to find the time to pump out a diary in the summer with the kids around. I’m usually up and working out and the few minutes I get while they eat breakfast are spent planning the activities for the day. Also, it’s not very quiet which makes it difficult to gather my thoughts. Anyway, I’m back for the next foreseeable future because I don’t have a homeroom this year. Before I get started on the here and now, here’s a quick recap of the summer:
And back to today. Last night I slept with my CPAP on a lower pressure setting. It was lowered from 7.6 to 6.8. Not sure if that’s a huge difference, but I definitely felt less interrupted and was even able to sleep on my side without waking with a dry mouth. According to my Garmin, I slept for a 8h 36m and even woke up before my alarm. The CPAP said I had 0.3 Apneas per hour which is very low (it was 2.8 on Mon night). The real test is how fatigued I get this afternoon. Do I feel sleepy or just tired? The more sleepy I feel, the less effective the therapy is. While I get up at 5:15, I’m still in bed for 8 hours. The quality of the sleep is in question. We’ll see and I’ll follow-up tomorrow.
This is new - I’d like to write down 3 things to accomplish today and see if I was able to do them on the next day.
