Baaazing! What a weekend of debatchery and chaos. It was a great Saturday night to meet people from Pittsburg and hang out. In general, it was just really nice to meet people. There’s something in my brain chemistry that fires up when I’m meeting new people. It’s now my goal to make that happen!

I missed my run yesterday and am a little pissy about it. I’m going to head out this morning to try and catch-up. I’d like to do some deadlifting too. I may end up borrowing some weights from the weight room for the week to see if I can up the game in the basement.

One thing I learned: Alcohol is not really good for you. I really need to focus on cutting it down. Same with sugar. It’s alright to slip up once in a while, but definitely during the week I need to be far more disciplined.

One piece of motivation: I was noticed and hired by Apple. This is a good thing. I’m doing something right. If there’s a lesson in all of it, keep plugging away making good art. You can’t guarantee anything, but someone somewhere will notice the art. Keep doing it!

Three ideas: If this little gig is successful (when!), then I’ll have some feedback as to the relevance and usefulness to my career as a speaker/consultant.

Workout:

10k run.

Push-ups, pull-ups, sprints.
