A fit body includes a fit mind. Sometimes we forget that our brain is a part of our body. In today's world of dormancy and convenience, it's easy to forget the necessities of exercise. Intense exercise. Get up, get after it and make your day harder!

Fitness Philosophy

Inspired by the rigorous training of elite special forces and the Rocky movies, I focus on the 'pedal to the metal' training  philosophy. I spend no time counting my abs, nor  examine    the number on the scale. Toughness and grit comes from your ability to push yourself over the  threshold. Every. Single. Time.  Work hard and reap the mental and physical benefits.
